Carsten Andruschek

Carsten Andruschek has extensive experience in athletic training and health management, currently serving as an Athletiktrainer for U17, U15, and U14/U15 teams at VfL Wolfsburg since November 2022. From January 2021 onwards, Carsten Andruschek operates Carsten Andruschek Personal Training, offering personal training and nutritional coaching. Previous roles include personal trainer at SoYou! Sabrina Oepen Personal Training, health trainer at KKM Corporate Health GmbH, and trainer for diabetes and coronary heart disease patients at Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln. Carsten Andruschek's early career included positions at Olympiastützpunkt NRW/Rheinland and internships in sports medicine. Carsten Andruschek holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Coaching from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln and a Bachelor of Arts in Gesundheitsmanagement from Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement.
