Raghavendra Lawaniya has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Raghavendra started their career as a Workshops Coordinator at UIET, Panjab University in 2013. Raghavendra then worked as a Summer Intern at DDMB Consultants, where they gained experience in analog and digital circuit designing. In 2015, they interned at Optimistic Green Energy Pvt Ltd, where they focused on PV system designing and software applications. Later that year, they co-founded SUSTECH Power Solutions and worked as a Project Engineer, designing rooftop and ground-mounted SPV Systems.

In 2016, Raghavendra joined Rays Power Infra Private Limited as a Junior Design Engineer, responsible for performing yield assessments and proposing suitable sites for Solar PV plants. Raghavendra then moved to Eden Renewables India as an Electrical Engineer in 2017, leading PV plant and switchyard design preparation, as well as performing solar resource and yield assessments.

In 2019, Raghavendra joined ib vogt GmbH as a Senior Engineer, specializing in design and engineering. Raghavendra worked on projects involving solar PV plants and contributed their expertise until the end of that year. Raghavendra also took on the role of Vice President of Operations at Sunkonnect Pte Ltd in 2019, overseeing operations related to the company's activities. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Director at Sunkonnect Pte Ltd, where they continue to serve.

More recently, Raghavendra joined VFlowTech as a Director in 2022, where they are involved in the company's operations and decision-making processes. Overall, Raghavendra Lawaniya has held key positions in various companies, demonstrating their expertise in renewable energy and engineering.

Raghavendra Lawaniya completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UIET Panjab University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their senior secondary education from Central Academy in Kota (Rajasthan) from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Raghavendra also obtained their higher secondary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Raghavendra Lawaniya has obtained several certifications. These include a certification in Financial Accounting and Analysis from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in December 2019, a certification in eCARS2x: Electric Cars: Technology from Technische Universiteit Delft in June 2018, and a Verified Certificate for Solar Energy from Technische Universiteit Delft in December 2015.
