Anju Sunil possesses extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Senior Officer - Operations and Customer Experience Expert at VFS Global since November 2015. Anju has also contributed as an Event Coordinator at DBS Arabia since December 2018 and previously worked as a Customer Relationship Management Consultant at Gulf Advantage Automobiles LLC - Renault KSA from 2014 to 2015, providing administrative support across various departments. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Executive at Sahha Al Riyadh Polyclinic from 2012 to 2014. Anju holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nirmala College of Information Technology, completed between 2009 and 2011, and completed pre-degree education at Muslim Girls Higher Secondary School.
