K. Dhanalakshmi

K. Dhanalakshmi, also known as Lakshmi, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at VFS Global since February 2020, after previously holding the position of Deputy Manager Human Resources. Prior to this, Lakshmi worked as a Human Resources Executive at PAYable Sri Lanka from September 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included candidate screening and interviewing. Lakshmi's career began as an HR Assistant at Hants Group from August 2016 to September 2017, managing the HRIS system, and as an HR Intern at AAT from May 2015 to August 2016, focusing on attendance and leave management. Lakshmi completed a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) between January 2015 and December 2022 and holds GCE O/Level and A/Level qualifications from Biyagama Central College, completed in 2013.
