Karim Habibi

Karim Habibi has extensive work experience in the field of M&A. Karim currently serves as the Global Head of M&A at VFS Global, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Karim was the Deputy Head of M&A at VFS Global from March 2020 to March 2023. Before joining VFS Global, Karim worked at Deloitte for over a decade. Karim held the position of Assistant Director - Financial Advisory from June 2012 to February 2020, and started their career at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager II from August 2008 to June 2012.

Karim Habibi completed their ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) degree from ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a BSc in Psychology from UCL (University College London) from 2003 to 2006. Before attending university, Karim Habibi attended Wilsons Grammar School from 1996 to 2003. Karim also obtained the ACA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in May 2012.
