Michael Nilles

Michael Nilles serves as a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Digital & Technology Officer at VFS Global, with additional responsibilities as a Senior Advisor in Technology & Consumer at Permira. Since January 2019, Nilles has been a Member of the Supervisory Board at valantic. Previously, Nilles held the position of Chief Digital & Information Officer and Chairman of Henkel dx Ventures at Henkel until December 2024. Additionally, Nilles served on the Board of Directors and chaired the Transformation Committee at Adevinta from January 2021 to January 2024. Nilles holds a Master's degree in Computer Science & Business Administration from the University of Cologne and an Executive Scholar degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
