Prashant Kansara has extensive experience in various roles in the field of operations and project management. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Senior Tech Support for Transworks Information Services Limited, where they provided technical support to corporate clients in the United States. Prashant then joined Serco in 2005 as a Quality Analyst, where they were involved in designing processes and standard operating procedures for a UK-based airline reservations and fares team.
In 2007, Kansara joined WNS Global Services as an Assistant Manager, responsible for managing a 60-member fares and customer service team for a UK-based airline. Prashant later became a Team Leader for a 7-member fares team.
In 2008, Kansara joined Quoprro Global (a Unit of Cox and Kings) as an Assistant Manager, focusing on business development and project management activities within the organization.
In 2010, Kansara joined VFS Global as a Project Manager, responsible for leading large and complex projects for multiple client governments. Prashant was later promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager, where they continued to lead projects in various regions, including Russia/CIS, Middle East, Southern Africa, North Africa, South East Asia, Pacific RIM, and South Asia. Since 2014, Kansara has been serving as the Head of Business Operations at VFS Global, where they are responsible for overall operations, business development, and country profitability. Prashant also handles corporate secretarial and legal administrative functions in Indonesia.
Throughout their career, Kansara has demonstrated their expertise in project management, team management, client relations, and quality assurance.
Prashant Kansara has a diverse education history. In 1988, they completed their high school education at Holy Family High School in Mumbai. Prashant then pursued a bachelor's degree in Commerce and Economics at the University of Mumbai, which they completed in 2004.
In 2006, Prashant obtained a diploma in Tourism Management from the University of Cambridge. That same year, they also received a diploma in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from IATA Training.
In 2012, Prashant attended VFS Global and completed a Management Development Program, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2018, they furthered their education at VFS Global by participating in the Global Leadership Development Programme, specializing in Organizational Leadership.
