Rajesh Kumar Menon

Rajesh Kumar Menon has over two decades of extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head-HR and Head-TA for VFS Global, overseeing HR functions across the APAC and China regions. Rajesh's career includes significant leadership roles such as Vice President - HR for APAC, Regional HR Head for MENA, Africa, and China, and Regional HR Director for Millennium Hotels and Resorts. Menon is the founder of Platinum Consultants and has held senior positions at Sabre Corporation and MullenLowe Lintas Group, specializing in talent acquisition, employee experience, and strategic HR management. Academically, Menon holds multiple qualifications, including CIPD certifications and master's degrees in Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
