Rajesh Kumarr is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing diverse human resources functions across multiple countries and industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Consultant and Head of HR for APAC & Head of Talent Acquisition at VFS Global, Rajesh oversees HR responsibilities for over 25 countries, focusing on performance management, employee lifecycle, and talent management. Previous roles include Vice President - HR for APAC, Regional HR Director for Millennium Hotels and Resorts, and Founder of Platinum Consultants, where strategic hiring and HR advisory services were provided.
