Hilary Sinclair

Hilary Sinclair is an accomplished leader in information systems and technology, currently serving as the Director of IS & Technology at VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, where responsibilities include optimizing technology infrastructure and systems for nonprofit operations. Previously, Hilary held roles at Ledcor as Senior Operational Excellence Lead and at Quadreal Property Group as Senior Director of IS Transformation, overseeing strategic technology initiatives for a significant real estate portfolio. Additional experience includes directing business transformation at SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts and implementing operational excellence programs at eBay, as well as serving as a Change Management Consultant at Intrawest ULC. Hilary holds a BA in History and Diploma in Adult Education from The University of British Columbia, and completed the Technology Leadership Program at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
