Mike Mallaro

Mike Mallaro has over two decades of experience with VGM Group, Inc., where Mike currently serves as Executive Chairman of the Board and has previously held the positions of CEO and CFO. During their tenure, Mallaro played a critical role in transitioning the company to 100% employee ownership through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). In addition to leadership at VGM, Mallaro participates on several boards, including the National Center for Employee Ownership and Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust. Mike has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa and completed the Penn-ESOP Executive Leadership Development Program. Prior experience includes CFO roles at Gordmans and Touche Ross (now Deloitte) as a CPA.
