Earlier roles involved sales of electric meters and Automatic Meter Reading systems at Van Wert Inc and hands-on experience as a Lineman Assistant at Grundy Center Municipal Utilities, focusing on underground and overhead electric applications. Bobby Ayers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Waldorf University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
