Axel Meister

Axel Meister has an extensive career in journalism, currently serving as the Ressortleiter Motor at Verlagsgruppe NEWS since July 1992. In this role, Axel conducts automobile tests, writes articles, and conducts interviews with prominent figures in the automotive industry, including reports and interviews from the Formula 1 scene. Prior to this position, Axel worked as a Redakteur for several publications, including "Wiener," "Kronen Zeitung," and "ExtraDienst," from June 1982 to July 1992, focusing on society and motor reporting, as well as film editing, and eventually becoming a chief editor. Axel holds a degree from the University of Vienna, which was completed in 1982.
