Lenilyn Rodriguez

Lenilyn Rodriguez has extensive experience in fraud prevention and customer service. Currently serving as the Anti Fraud Shift Supervisor and previously as an Anti Returns and Chargeback Analyst at VGW since March 2022, Lenilyn also held the position of Fraud and Chargeback Analyst at 118118 from October 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Credit Card Processor and Microsoft Licensing Specialist at PCM from June 2016 to June 2019, a Sales Representative at Alorica Philippines, Inc. for a brief period in May 2016, and Customer Service Representative positions at Sykes Assistance Services Corporation and Puregold Price Club Retail between November 2015 and October 2015.
