Wojciech Olearczyk

Wojciech Olearczyk is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the VP of Engineering at VGW since October 2023. Prior roles include Director of Engineering and Head of Engineering at Global App Testing from April 2018 to October 2023, and Director of Software Development at Sabre Corporation from December 2009 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing multiple development teams and leading software innovation initiatives. Wojciech also held positions such as Product Development Manager at Gadu-Gadu, Site Leader for Ciao Surveys in Wroclaw, and Development Manager at Greenfield Online, showcasing a strong background in project management, software development, and cross-cultural team leadership. Wojciech holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu.
