Juan E. Acosta has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Juan started their career as a Software Application Developer at Pratt & Whitney in 1990, where they worked until 1993. From 1993 to 1997, they were a Senior Application Developer at Southern New England Telephone Company, specializing in client server applications development.

In 1997, Acosta joined Circuit City Stores as a Senior Application Developer and worked there until 2000. Juan then moved to First North American National Bank, where they held the position of Senior Application Developer until 2004.

From 2004 to 2008, Acosta worked at JP Morgan Chase as a Lead Application Developer.
