Kelly Gartner

Kelly Gartner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Virginia Housing since June 2022, Kelly previously held the role of Project Manager at VCUHealth from July 2018 to June 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Manager of Liaison Services at Sheltering Arms Physical Rehabilitation Centers from July 2008 to June 2018. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2004 and 2006.
