Kim Bly

Kim Bly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in compliance, marketing, and retail. Currently serving as a Rental Compliance Support Coordinator at Virginia Housing since January 2017, Kim has also held the position of Loss Mitigation Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Digital Marketing Analyst at Circuit City from 2005 to 2009 and serving as a Retail Market Specialist at the Virginia Lottery from 1997 to 2005.
