Sheila Norris

Sheila Norris, MBA, has a diverse work experience that includes roles in project management, telecommunications analysis, and program leadership. Sheila currently works as a Rent Relief Program Project Lead for Virginia Housing, where they manage a team of administrators ensuring accurate and complete applications for rent relief. Prior to this, they worked as a Telecommunications Analyst at Vision Technologies, where they assisted with transitioning telecommunications services for government customers. Sheila also has experience as a Project Analyst for Pyramid Consulting, Inc, where they utilized Salesforce.com and other internal systems.

Sheila Norris earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Marymount University in 1991.
