Shelia A. Phillips

Shelia A. Phillips, PMP, has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at the Virginia Housing Development Authority since August 2007. Previously, Shelia held roles such as Senior Program-Project Consultant at Core Consulting, where assessments were provided to various directors at VHDA, and Senior Program Consultant for both Edgenet, managing programs for Lowe's, and Wawa, Inc., overseeing a nationwide security system upgrade.
