Bhupati Surendra has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Server and Network Support Engineer at Globtier Infotech Pvt. Ltd. since August 2022, focusing on IDC maintenance, Cisco networking switches L1 configuration, and WLC 9800L maintenance along with new WAP's configuration. Previously, Bhupati worked as an L1 Support Engineer at VHR Solutions Private Limited from August 2021, and as a Customer Support Engineer at CMS IT SERVICES Pvt. Ltd. from May 2018 to July 2021. Bhupati holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Priyadarshini Institute of Technology & Sciences, graduating in 2015.
