Claire Satterfield

Claire Satterfield is a seasoned professional in client services and customer success, currently serving as the VP of Client Services at Vi since August 2023, and previously holding the Director of Customer Success role at Wunderkind from January 2018 to July 2023. At Wunderkind, Claire developed a comprehensive 9-week onboarding program for Customer Success, managed a team of seven Customer Success Managers, and built strong relationships with key stakeholders. Earlier experience includes roles at Campus and Visitor Relations, Marc Jacobs, Stuart Weitzman, and the Center for the First-Year Experience, along with an educational background from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a certificate in Fashion Business from the London College of Fashion.
