Lucy Fang

Lucy Fang currently serves as the Director of Client Services at Vi, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Lucy worked at ZS as a Client Services Manager from February 2022 to May 2025 and held the position of SVP, Account Services at Medical Knowledge Group from August 2021 to February 2022. Lucy's earlier experience includes being the VP, Group Account Supervisor at BGB Group (June 2019 - July 2021) and Group Account Director at Healthcare Consultancy Group (HCG) from May 2015 to June 2019. Lucy began a career in account management as an Account Executive at Edelman from June 2013 to April 2015. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Amherst College.
