Phil Chen

Phil Chen currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cold Electric and the New Taipei Kings professional basketball team. In addition, Phil holds the position of Founding Partner at Race Capital and Managing Partner at Presence Capital. Advisory roles include serving as Chief Decentralized Officer at HTC and as an Advisory Board Member at LifeBEAM. Prior experience includes leadership roles at 88 Rising, Soul Machines, Scopely, and Baobab VR. Phil Chen's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Pure Mathematics from UC San Diego, an Associate’s degree in Physics from De Anza College, and a Master of Divinity in Postmodern Philosophy from Fuller Theological Seminary.
