Russell Needham

Russell Needham is an experienced professional in the fields of training and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Training and Instructional Design at Vi since September 2015. Needham leads the development and delivery of effective learning solutions and corporate-sponsored leadership education initiatives. Prior roles include Manager of Sales Training and Employee Development at Vi, where a successful six-month sales training program achieved 100% occupancy for luxury senior living communities. With a robust background at Allstate Insurance Company spanning over 13 years, Needham developed educational strategies for sales leader training, managed the integration of e-learning systems, and established impactful learning measurement strategies. Additional experience includes significant roles at Hitachi Consulting and The Oxford Associates, focusing on training standardization and instructional design for various industries. Needham holds a Master's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Miami University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Northern Illinois University.
