Paolo Biffignandi

Paolo Biffignandi has extensive expertise in regulatory affairs within the healthcare sector, serving as President of VI.REL Pharma since 1997. Additionally, Paolo holds the position of Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) at EU Vigilance Ltd. since 2008 and has been a key figure in the professional community, acting as Past President and President for TOPRA since January 2004. Previous leadership roles include CEO positions at Società Italiana Attività Farmaceutiche and Pharmacon, as well as Chief of Regulatory Affairs and Medical Director at Delalande Research Center. Paolo's educational background includes a PhD in Endocrinology and an MD in medicine from Università degli Studi di Torino.
