Via Care is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in East LA providing exceptional care to patients in our service area throughout their lives. As a community-based organization, Via Care fulfills its mission by delivering quality healthcare services throughout the entire life cycle, in a manner that is respectful and conscious of the cultural and linguistic needs of our patients and their families. Via Care offers medical, dental and behavioral health services, including extensive family planning, health screenings, primary and acute care, women's health, pediatrics, HIV testing and treatment, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, podiatry, pharmacy services and more. Behavioral health services provide confidential, accessible counseling and support. In addition, collaborative relationships with local hospitals ensure that patients will receive the highest level of care in any and all situations. Headquartered in East Los Angeles, Via Care operates 14 clinics in East LA and South Gate, including student health centers at East LA College, West LA College, LA Trade Tech College, Rio Hondo College, and a school-based wellness center at Garfield High School.
