Cheryl Anthony has over 40 years of professional experience, primarily as an Administrative Assistant and IRA & HSA Specialist at Via Credit Union since February 1983. Previously, Cheryl worked as a Receiving Clerk at Gen Corp in Marion, Indiana, in 1982 and as a Secretary at SCM in 1981. Cheryl obtained certification as an IRA Professional from the Ascensus IRA Institute in 2012, specializing in IRA, SEP, and SIMPLE Retirement accounts and governing regulations. Cheryl completed high school education at Marion High School from 1971 to 1974.

Via Credit Union was formed in 1936 by a group of school teachers and administrators with 38 members, less than $100 in assets and was operated out of the home of the volunteer Treasurer until 1965. Today, ViaCU serves nearly 40,000 members in 12 counties, has assets over $500 million, operates six branches and employs over 100 staff members.
