Dr. Jillian Coppley, ACC has a wide range of work experience in various leadership roles. Dr. Jillian is currently serving as the President and Chief Programs and Services Officer at the VIA Institute on Character since June 2023. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of Mayerson Academy from January 2014 to July 2023. Dr. Jillian also worked as a Senior Consultant to the President at Antioch College from December 2012 to December 2013. Dr. Coppley has held multiple roles at KnowledgeWorks Foundation, including Vice President of Organizational Learning and Innovation from April 2010 to November 2012, Executive Director of the Institute for Creative Collaboration from April 2008 to April 2010, and Program Director of Collaborative Knowledge Management from September 2005 to April 2008. Dr. Jillian has also served as the Director of Organizational Learning at Hamilton County ESC from August 2002 to August 2005 and as the Director of Education Services at CET (Cincinnati Educational Television) from August 1996 to August 1998.

Dr. Jillian Coppley, ACC completed their education at several institutions. Dr. Jillian obtained a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Cincinnati from 1997 to 2001. Dr. Jillian also earned a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Elementary Education from Xavier University, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, Dr. Coppley received an Evidenced Based Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate University, although the specific dates of their study are not provided.
