Sam Samani is an accomplished Project Portfolio Manager at VIA Metropolitan Transit, with extensive experience in technology and project management across various sectors. Prior roles include Director of Information Technology at Haven for Hope and Operations Manager at the State of Florida's Department of Economic Opportunity, where Samani led a technical team for the significant Project CONNECT. As an Information Technology Manager for both the City of New Smyrna Beach and the City of Sanford, Samani oversaw technology infrastructure for urban municipalities.
