Cynthia Hicks

Cynthia Hicks is an experienced audit professional currently serving as an Audit Project Manager and Senior Auditor at VIA Metropolitan Transit since August 2014, where risk-based performance audits are conducted in accordance with Yellow and Red Book standards.
