Dianne Mendoza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and community relations, currently serving as the DBE Officer and Director of Equal Employment & Business Opportunity Programs at VIA Metropolitan Transit since November 2011. Key responsibilities include managing programs to ensure equity and compliance with federal mandates as well as overseeing EEO and Title VI programs. Previous roles include Vice President positions focused on Government and Community Relations and Office of Diversity and Federal Compliance, where Dianne led outreach initiatives and strategies for business and supplier diversity. Dianne's earlier experience encompasses leadership as the President/COO of the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as VP of Business & Community Development at Capital Metro.
