Ida Ponce

Ida Ponce is an experienced benefits and human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Benefits Analyst at VIA Metropolitan Transit since October 2016, Ida administers company benefits and generates reports utilizing Crystal Reports for management. Previously, as the Leave of Absence Administrator at Northside ISD, responsibilities included managing Family Medical Leave and administering medical benefits. At ST Aerospace, Ida worked as a Human Resources Generalist, leading SAP and developing reports for department leaders. Earlier experience as a Benefits Coordinator at Goodwill Industries International involved managing benefits and leaves of absence for over 1,000 employees. Ida holds a degree from the University of the Incarnate Word.
