Agata Clemente Avargues has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Agata started their career as a Trainer at Agencia Publibus Madrid in 1998. Agata then joined OgilvyInteractive as a Creativa Junior, specializing in digital marketing and technology applications. Agata later worked at LTI. Grupo Clave de publicidad as a Dirección de arte y estructuración de contenidos.

In 2004, Avargues joined Borisgrafic as the Responsable del departamento multimedia, where they specialized in communication strategies, branding, and corporate identity. Agata stayed with the company for over six years before moving on to LOTTUSSE 1877.

At LOTTUSSE 1877, Avargues held multiple roles, starting as a Digital Marketing Coordinator in 2010 and eventually becoming the Marketing Manager. In this role, they defined the company's marketing strategy, developed marketing campaigns, managed budgets, and implemented co-branding initiatives. Agata also organized and led a team responsible for social media, retail marketing, design and communication, CRM, and international marketing.
