Frank Motzkus

Frank Motzkus has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Frank currently serves as the Director of Operations at VIA OUTLETS, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at YTL Hotels/Small Luxury Hotels as a Resort Manager and General Manager at Tanjong Jara Resort from September 2018 to October 2021. Frank also worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as the Director of Rooms from September 2016 to August 2018. Frank Motzkus has held various managerial roles at prestigious hotels and resorts, including Executive Assistant Manager at The Legian Bali/Leading Hotels of the World from October 2015 to April 2016, Director of Rooms at Hotel Mulia Senayan from October 2014 to September 2015, Director of Rooms (pre-opening) at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from March 2013 to September 2014, Krungthep Wing Operations Manager at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok from April 2011 to March 2013, Front Office Manager (pre-opening) at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from November 2010 to April 2011, Front Office Manager (pre-opening) at The Address Dubai Mall from August 2008 to November 2010, and Acting Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager at Hilton Abu Dhabi from October 2006 to August 2008.

Frank Motzkus attended Washington State University in 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration. In the year 2000, they also attended University Centre César Ritz and earned a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management.
