Jorge Loconsole's work experience includes various roles in marketing and leadership positions with different companies. Jorge started their career in 1998 as a Sales Coach at British American Tobacco. In 2000, they became a Marketing Manager at Keytrade Bank. From 2003 to 2013, they worked at The Bicester Village Shopping Collection, first as a Deputy Marketing Director and then as a Marketing Director. Jorge then joined VIA OUTLETS in 2014, initially as a Marketing Director and later as the Head of Marketing and Tourism. Overall, Jorge Loconsole has a strong background in marketing and has held senior roles in the industry.

Jorge Loconsole began their education in 1996 at Hogeschool PXL, where they studied International Business until 1998. Following this, they attended the University of North Alabama from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on International Marketing. In 2001, Jorge enrolled in Belgium Jobs and studied Bachelor Commercial Economy for a year.
