Maxi Carello has vast work experience, starting with an internship at Morgan Stanley in 2008, followed by an internship at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. in 2009. In 2010, Maxi worked as a Financial Planning Analyst intern at PepsiCo. Maxi then joined Ferrari as a Project Executive for Greater China from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Maxi worked as a Business Analyst at invstr. Maxi then joined Value Retail in 2015 as an Associate Business Director and stayed with the company until 2019. Currently, Maxi serves as the Head of Strategy and Asset Management at VIA Outlets, a role obtained in June 2019.
Maxi Carello's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Eton College until 2008. During this time, Maxi studied Mathematics, Economics, Italian, and Art. Following their education at Eton College, Maxi went on to the University of Leeds from 2008 to 2012. There, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BSc Economics & Management.
