Jack Tsai

Jack Tsai serves as the Director of the Legal Center at VIA Technologies, Inc. since December 2000, where responsibilities include reviewing and drafting various commercial contracts and coordinating patent litigations. Prior to this role, Jack Tsai was a Legal Research Fellow at the Science and Technology Law Center, Institute for Information Industry, providing legal research and advice related to intellectual property and industry regulations. Previous experience includes working as a Legal Specialist at the Law Office of Sharon C. Chu, a Legal Assistant at Hong-Lui Law Office, and serving as a Sergeant in the Coast Guard, where management and training of soldiers were key duties. Educational qualifications include a Master of Comparative Law from Full Stack Squad and a Bachelor of Laws from Tunghai University.
