Arianna Grand

Arianna Grand is a seasoned professional in project management and community engagement with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as General Manager for Via for Schools, Arianna oversees a $40 million SaaS project with the NYC Department of Education, focusing on modernizing school bus transportation for 150,000 students. Previous roles include Managing Director of Recruitment at Teach For America, where Arianna led a recruitment team for college students, and Senior Community Engagement & Partnerships Manager at NYC Kids RISE, where responsibilities encompassed supporting executive leadership and coordinating community engagement initiatives. Arianna holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Communications Studies, and French Language and Literature from the University of Michigan, complemented by positions in talent recruitment and teaching.
