Jennifer Thompson

Jennifer Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partner success and operational strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Partner Enablement & Product Support Operations at Via since August 2020. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at Uber from May 2017 to May 2020, including Manager of Central Ops for JUMP by Uber, where a centralized operational compliance strategy was implemented across 16 markets. Jennifer also launched a compliance strategy affecting over 30 million weekly rides during tenure as Senior Regional Ops Manager for Brazil Rides. Prior experience includes roles at Kroll, WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, The Brookings Institution, and the International Finance Corporation. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography with Honors from Dartmouth College.
