Maximilian Ernst

Maximilian Ernst has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Communications Intern at McDonald's for a year. In 2015, they joined HeroBakery as a Business Development professional, staying with the company until 2017. During that time, they also interned at Uber as an Operations and Logistics Intern for six months. In 2016, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at Munich University of Applied Sciences. In 2018, they joined Scooty as a Summer Business Analyst and later that year moved to Via as an Operations Associate. Maximilian was subsequently promoted to the role of Operations Associate Principal and currently works as a Strategy and Operations Principal at Via since April 2022.

Maximilian Ernst has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2012 to 2017. Maximilian also has two Master's degrees in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, one from POLIMI Graduate School of Management and another from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, which they earned from 2017 to 2018. In 2015, they had a semester abroad at Macau University of Science and Technology, studying International Business & Chinese Studies. In addition, Maximilian has obtained certifications in Omnibusunternehmer from IHK Berlin in 2021 and Taxi- und Mietwagenunternehmer from IHK Berlin in 2020.
