Nicolás Marín

Nicolás Marín has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Nicolás began their career as a Pasante at OROZCO Y ASOCIADOS S.A.S in February 2016. Later, in November 2016, they worked as an Abogado at MARIN SANTACRUZ Y ASOCIADOS S.A.S until July 2018. Nicolás then joined Transconsult, S.A. de C.V. as a Consultant in Legal and Urban Development from September 2019 to March 2021. In 2020, they took on the role of Coordinador Legal at Hablemos de Movilidad until October 2021. During their tenure at Intempo S.A.S from March 2021 to October 2021, they served as an Abogado, focusing on legal assistance for data analytics and software development. In October 2021, they became a Consultor del Viceministerio de Infrastructura at Ministerio de Transporte de Colombia, and their tenure lasted until April 2022. Currently, Nicolás Marín is working at Via as a Partner Success Associate Principal, starting from April 2022.

Nicolás Marín holds a Master of Science (MS) in Global Urban Development and Planning from The University of Manchester, which was obtained between 2018 and 2019. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Derecho at Universidad del Rosario from 2011 to 2017. In addition, they participated in an academic exchange program at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2015-2016, focusing on Master Droit International et Européen. Nicolás has also acquired several certifications, including ones related to urban rail development, controlling rents, designing the megaregion, transportation planning, and sustainable transport planning.
