Jonathon Stephen

Jonathon Stephen is the Vice Chair at VIABILITY. Prior to their current position, they were the General Manager at SARDILLI PRODUCE & DAIRY CO., INC. from October 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Senior Manager of Distribution at J. Polep Distribution Services from March 2018 to October 2021. Jonathon has also worked as the Manager of Distribution at National Convenience Distributors.

Jonathon Stephen has extensive experience in managing operations and team members. Jonathon is responsible for creating new programs, such as a Team Member Onboarding program and a Quarterly Driver Safety Meeting. Jonathon has also streamlined the Driver Bonus program tracking through an excel daily/weekly and monthly tracker. In addition, they have implemented daily start up meetings in all operational departments and re-established Bi-weekly Operational Leadership meetings. Lastly, they are responsible for setting up the tracking and analyisis for performance management for outbound operations (Picking/order selecting).
