Hagit Brosh

Hagit Brosh has a strong background in risk management and data analysis. Hagit is currently serving as the VP Risk and Data at Viably since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Data and Risk professional from May 2021 to October 2021, and as the Head of Data at Lili from November 2020 to May 2021.

Hagit has extensive experience in risk management, particularly in their role as VP Risk at Behalf from February 2017 to November 2020. Hagit led the BI, Data Science, Credit Analytics, and Risk Operations teams at Behalf, focusing on fraud and credit risk ML models, data infrastructure, and product decisioning. Additionally, they were responsible for data and BI organizational needs, KPIs, reporting, and profitability prediction and tracking.

Hagit has also held positions such as Enterprise DWH team leader at The Israeli Phoenix from September 2014 to January 2017, BI Development Manager at Partner Israel from September 2012 to August 2014, and Director of Risk Unit at G-Stat from March 2004 to September 2012. At G-Stat, they managed teams of data scientists and analysts, working on credit risk-related projects for leading banks, credit card, and insurance companies. Hagit was involved in the development of advanced statistical models for credit risk estimation promoted by Basel II.

Early in their career, Hagit worked as an Analytic Science Lead at Fair Isaac from September 2000 to June 2003.

Hagit Brosh completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2015.
