Krystyna Dlubak

Krystyna Dlubak is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Skills Management and Projects at Viaccess-Orca since March 2022. Prior to this role, Dlubak worked at Orange Business Services from January 2015 to February 2022 as a Human Resources Project Manager and HR Business Partner. Dlubak's career began at Sofrecom, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner and HR Manager from April 2001 to January 2015, overseeing recruitment, training, appraisals, and personnel administration within the France Telecom Group. Dlubak holds a Master's degree in French Literature and Language from the University of Warsaw and has completed post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management at Wyższa Szkoła Finansów i Zarządzania w Warszawie.
