Victor Mushkatin

Victor Mushkatin has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Victor began their career in 1996 as the Chief Technology Specialist for the Government of Leningrad Region. In 1997, they became the Manager of Network Service for Shared Technologies Cellular. Two years later, in 1999, they became the Principal Software Engineer for SPELLNET LLC. In 2001, Victor moved to AVIcode Consulting LLC as the General Manager. In 2004, they joined AVIcode as the Chief Technology Officer. In 2010, they became a Group Program Manager for Microsoft. Finally, in 2018, they were appointed CEO and Chief Executive Officer of VIAcode.

Victor Mushkatin attended Saint Petersburg State University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science.
