Hrishikesh Shende

Hrishikesh Shende has a range of work experience in various industries and roles. Hrishikesh started their career as a Commercial Lawyer at Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt and Caroe from February 2005 to September 2007. Hrishikesh then moved on to Liverpool Football Club as a Partnerships Sales Manager from August 2008 to January 2011. After that, they worked at IMG Reliance Pvt. Ltd. as the GM of Football from March 2011 to November 2012. Hrishikesh then joined adidas, where they held several positions including Head of Sports Marketing from December 2012 to March 2015, Business Director - Football & Basketball from April 2015 to December 2017, and Business Director Sports - Emerging Markets from January 2018 to May 2021.

After leaving adidas, they worked at RoundGlass as the Lead of Sports from June 2021 to February 2022. Hrishikesh then joined RP Sanjiv Goenka Group as the COO of IPL Lucknow Super Giants from March 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are with Viacom18 Sports as the SVP of Strategy, Acquisitions & Partnerships starting from March 2023.

Hrishikesh Shende completed their education in a chronological order. Hrishikesh first obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics from 1996 to 1999. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at Government Law College, Mumbai from 2000 to 2002. In 2007, Hrishikesh earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of Football Industry from the University of Liverpool. Additionally, they received a Professional Achievement Award from the British Council in 2017, although the exact month of attainment is unknown.
