John Jameson's work experience begins in 2006 as a Talent Sourcer at General Growth Properties. John also served as a Diversity and Inclusion Council Member at the company. In 2009, they founded Connecting Insights, a company that provided mock interview training and networking programs. In 2012, they joined Creative Financial Staffing as an Executive Recruiter & Team Lead, where they achieved high candidate offer acceptance rates and increased employee retention. From 2017 to 2020, John was a Co-Founder at Memory Farm. In 2017, they also started working at DHR Global as a Manager of Global Internship Programs. At DHR Global, they held various roles, including Senior Associate in the Private Equity Practice, Partner in the Executive Search - JobPlex business unit, and a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. In 2021, John joined TalentRise as a Senior Talent Consultant & Executive Recruiter, focusing on high-growth companies funded by private equity and venture capital. John also joined Viaduct as a Senior Talent Consultant & Executive Recruiter. Additionally, in 2021, they became a member (non-employee) at Capital Factory, a hub for entrepreneurs in Texas. Throughout their career, John has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, executive search, diversity and inclusion, as well as entrepreneurship and talent management.

John Jameson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. John also holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Organization Development from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained several certifications, including the Founder's Academy Essentials from Capital Factory in August 2022, the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in November 2021, and the Talent Optimization Consultant Certification from The Predictive Index in June 2021.
