Adel Gawish

Adel Gawish is a seasoned expert in radio network optimization and planning with significant experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Radio Network Optimization and Planning & End-to-End Performance Consultant at Viaero Wireless since January 2015, Adel has demonstrated expertise in maintaining high-quality performance across multiple generations of radio network services, including 5G, 4G, and 3G. Previously, Adel held positions at Huawei Technologies as a technical trainer and senior engineer, specializing in WCDMA/LTE optimization and network performance analysis. Earlier roles at Motorola Solutions and Vodafone Egypt involved overseeing wireless network design, performance troubleshooting, and innovative project initiatives. Adel holds a Bachelor's degree and is pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering from Cairo University.
