Karen Hight

Karen Hight has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Recruiting Manager at Viaero Wireless since January 2011. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Regional West Health Services for over eight years, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for various Allied Health positions and support roles. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Panhandle Mental Health Center and as a Group Home Manager/Vocational Instructor at the Region I Office of Human Development, where assistance was provided to individuals with developmental disabilities. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
